    Will they get approval for this one? Did they jump the gun? Has the delegate body even been approved by the RO yet? Is the delegate body even seated yet? Has the proposed contract been handed out yet? Will it be? Is this post card just another waste of members money? Will the delegates do the right thing and vote for a membership ratification?
