  1. What are the Bus Reps for. You dont hire Reps off the street. You make elected officers reps. What are the reps for. If you allow Mike Fraud to hire and insert reps in 157 instead of pro teim appointments until elections are held your cutting your throat. Again. WHAT ARE THE REPS FOR??

    Also.Wake up. WHAT NO TRUSTEES
    New York City Carpenters

NEW YORK - The New York City District Council of Carpenters' Annuity Fund hired CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services as manager of the $650 million plan, said Stuart GraBois, director of benefit plans. The fund is switching to a participant-directed plan from a trustee-directed program. Consultant Evaluation Associates conducted the search. Mr. GraBois declined to name the plan's previous managers, who have all been terminated.

  2. It is not unusual for the Council to give their cronies jobs as organizers but what exactly are the reps for. Do they intend to now start installing hired reps as Union officers? What are the reps for. If Forde intends to hire Reps of the street you had better ask where he intends to put them. If he tries to install them in 157 instead of the International appointing pro tem officers pending a legal vote the ramifications are astounding.

I would ask that if you would like to leave a comment that you think of Local 157 Blogspot as your online meeting hall and that you wouldn’t say anything on this site that you wouldn’t, say at a union meeting. Constructive criticism is welcome, as we all benefit from such advice. Obnoxious comments are not welcome.
