This is not a "shop steward" issue, rather it is one of 'collections' by the corrupt Mob facilitators better known as the Benefit Trust Fund trustees/fiduciaries who fail to do their job every single day.
The only way, the correct way to determine actual compliance is for both you and the US Attorney to file a motion with the court calling for a 100% Full Forensic Audit of the Pension, Annuity & Welfare Trust Funds.
