Endorsed Court Order regarding IT at the DC

I write to follow up the letter that Barbara Jones sent to the Court on behalf of the District Council on December 3, 2013 and the parties' discussions with Your Honor during the December 4, 2013 conference related to the District Council's Technology Committee and IT Modernization plan.

    Thank you drop dead unity i understand your sentiment.The technology would be done without extra expense via Dennis Walsh. the membership has to keep in mind that Dennis needs members sucess to keep his paycheck rolling. its in his intrest tio keep the membership engaged, it addes to the judges credibility. as much as people dislike dennis Walsh his tenure is critical; to rank anbd file intrests.
